Kinmount Leisure holiday cottages and apartments are set in three acres of stunning gardens, complete with lakes of water lilies.They are located near Annan, in Dumfries & Galloway, one of the most beautiful areas of Scotland, only a few miles from the coast of the Solway Firth. Kinmount castle and estate has a colourful history dating back around 800 years, and has been visited by many famous people, including Kings, Queens, playwrights and poets. The house and grounds have also been used for various television and film shoots.

Most cottages feature a master suite with four-poster bed and en-suite bathroom. Cottages and apartments also have Sony TV with satellite, video machine, CD player, and radio.

All cottages have gas central heating with a welcoming coal effect gas fire in each living room. Self catering the easy way: Kitchens are fully equipped with fridge, oven, hob, toaster, microwave, clothes washer/dryer, and dishwasher.

Short breaks (3 days or more) are available during the winter season, and all facilities, including the heated indoor swiming pool, Sauna, Cardio Gym and upright sunbed, are available all year round.

We have access to salmon and trout fishing on various private beats of many local rivers, including the river Nith (where a 67lb Salmon was caught in 1812) and the river Annan. We also offer professional fly casting tuition, falconry & hawking days, and clay pigeon shooting with tuition. Please ask for details and prices at time of booking.
